About Me
I am a fully qualified psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist, working in private practice.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP) and I abide by their code of ethics.
I have an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck, University of London.
I have a degree in Modern History from Oxford University.
I have worked with MIND and Sutton Counselling, a community counselling service.
The psychodynamic approach is a way of understanding the more unconscious aspects of yourself and looks at earlier relationships and experiences which may be connected to your current difficulties.
